As a Physiotherapist and Strength & Conditioning Coach I take a meticulous, scientific approach to training. I’ll get you working hard and help you develop better resilience, strength and overall control of your body. Whether you’ve dealt with injuries in the past, are trying to avoid injuries in the future or simply want to feel stronger in your body, I’d love to work with you!

I grew up in Adelaide, Australia and graduated from the University of South Australia with a degree in Physiotherapy in 2011. As a therapist, I specialized in the clinical rehabilitation of sporting injuries and chronic back pain focusing on exercise therapy.

Over my career I’ve earned additional certifications in Strength & Conditioning, functional movement techniques (FMS and SFMA), high performance sports management, and running analysis.

In 2017, my husband and I moved to New York City for a new adventure! In NY I’m working as a Strength & Conditioning Coach, using my skills and experience to help people get fitter and stronger. When I’m not working, I love traveling, running and being outdoors.
