What’s training with me like?
It’s fun, and it’s tough. You’ll get a great workout, with a variety of exercises that will test you, push you and ultimately build up your confidence and strength. I like to use a combination of cardio and resistance exercises, with lots of functional, free weight and body-weight exercises.
The initial consultation
The initial consultation is an opportunity for us to meet, discuss your goals and make a plan for your personal training journey. Everybody is different so I take time to create a program that will help you achieve the results you want. During the initial consultation I will also take your medical history and do some strength, endurance and flexibility assessments. Then, the fun begins!
