Initial Consultation

The initial consultation is an opportunity for us to meet, discuss your goals and make a plan for your personal training journey. It’s also a chance for me to assess your current fitness levels (cardio, strength and flexibility) and your medical history. Every body is different so I take time to create a program that’s personalized for you and will help you achieve the results you want.
